Welcome to The Mountain Vibes. By booking a trek or adventure with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Risk & Safety

Trekking involves risks like altitude sickness, weather challenges, and terrain issues. You join at your own responsibility, and we expect you to be medically fit.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after full/partial payment. Payments once made are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 15–30 working days.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel: standard cancellation charges apply.
• If The Mountain Vibes cancels: we will offer an alternate trek/date or a credit voucher valid for 12 months.
• No refunds for dropping out mid-trek.

4. Age Policy

Participants under 15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Ages 15–18 can join with written consent.

5. Insurance & Medical

We recommend travel/medical insurance. All evacuation, rescue, or hospital expenses are to be borne by the participant.

6. Behavior & Conduct

Misconduct, alcohol, or drug use during treks may lead to immediate removal without refund.

7. Itinerary & Force Majeure

Itineraries may change due to weather, roadblocks, or unforeseen reasons. No refunds in case of natural calamities or force majeure situations.

8. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your luggage and belongings.

9. Media & Promotion

Photos/videos taken during treks may be used by The Mountain Vibes for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

10. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
